Vegetables in Shumai Sauce

Ingredients

30 grams cabbage
30 grams carrot
30 grams baby corn
30 grams broccoli
30 gram mushroom
Salt according to taste
Chilly (1 tea spoon)
Cheese (little)

Method -

Mix every thing and keep aside. Cut wanten paper round in shape. roll it with mixed vegetables .let the upper portion open .steam it in steamer for 5-10 min. now serve with sumai souse and carrot.

To make shumai sauce -

Ingredients

50 gram coriander
50 spring onions
Crushed black pepper
Dark soya (1 tea spoon)
Light soya
Salt and oil

Method -
Put oil in pan and add every ingredient. Cook it for five minutes and your sauce is ready. Now pour the sauce on the vegetables and enjoy.
