Ingredients
200 grams potato fingers (cut it long pieces)
50 mili gram honey
2 tea spoon til
5 dry chilly
1 tea spoon vinegar
50 grams cornflour
½ tea spoon chopped ginger
Salt and sugar
Method
> Mix potato with corn flour and deep fry till its colour changes into brown.
>heat the oil and add dry chilly and than ginger.
>add honey, souse and fried potatoes and stir.
>add vinegar and wait for 5- minutes and serve it decorated and spring onions.
