Bhatura


Ingridients--
·         maida500 grams
·         sugar 1½ tsp
·         fresh yeast 20 grams
·         fresh curds2 tbsp
·         ghee or butter 25 grams
·         salt1 tsp
·         Oil for frying
Method
1.       Add the yeast and sugar in 1 teacup of warm water and mix until the yeast gets dissolves completely. Cover it and leave for 4-6 minutes till the mixture is frothy.
2.       Keep this liquid along with the ghee, curds, and salt to the flour. Put some lukewarm water to make malleable dough.
3.       Knead the dough for 6 to 7 minutes.
4.       Keep the dough in a damp cloth for half an hour. Rub for 1 minute.
5.       Divide it into 20 small parts. Roll out puris applying ghee.
6.       Deep fry them in oil.
7.       Ready to serve.
