Aloo Puri



Ingredients:

1.       Maida--2 teacups
2.       Potatoes--2 boiled
3.       Pepper powder--2 pinches
4.       Milk--½ teacups
5.       Saffron--2 pinches
6.       Melted-- ghee2 tbsp
7.       Salt--½ tsp
8.       Ghee for deep frying

Method:
1.       Peel and grate the potatoes and make a fine paste.
2.       Mix the flour, pepper, ghee and salt properly.
3.       Put the saffron in the milk and mix with the flour. If you want, put a little saffron colour in the milk.
4.       Knead and dough properly. Leave aside for 1 hour.
5.       Roll into small puris and deep fry in hot ghee till they puff up.
