KULFI

Another lovely summer desert that you can cook under 20-25 minutes.
Ingridients:-
1.Milk---4 cups
2. Seeds of cardomom (pounded)
3.Cornn flour--2 tbsp (mixed to a pste with 2 teaspoon of water)
4.Almonds--15 (blanched and chopped)
5.Kesar pista essence--a few drops
Method:-
1.Bring the milk to boil on the fire along with the cardomom seeds.
2.Then simmer the flame and continue to cook till it thickens ,for some 20 minutesstirring occassionay.
3.Add sugar,flour and almonds.
4.Switch off the flame and alow it to cool.
5.Stir with the essence and pour into kufi moulds and freeze.
