PHIRNI
A desert that is amazingly easy to make .In under time of 10 minutes you can serve up creamy ,perectly coocked ,profession looking and tasting.If possible set in the traditional mud kullhars
Ingridients:-
1.Milk--4 cups
2.Saffron-a few strands
3.Sugar --5-6 tbsp
4.Rice --3 1/2 tbsp (soaked)
5.Raisins --a handfull
6.Almonds--12-15(blanched)
7.Rose-kesar assence --a few drops.
Method:-
1.Bring the milk to boil along with saffron ans sugar on the fire.
2.churn the soaked rice and add it to the boiling milk.
3.Simmer down the flame and add rest of the ingridients to it.
4.Allow it to cook til it thickens.
5.Serve it chilled garnisged with the remaining nuts and raisins.
Serving -4-6
