KALAA KAND(CARDAMOM FUDGE)
A low fat .quickly made sweet that you can serve after dinner.
Ingridients:-
1.Thick curd --1 1/2 cup
2.Fresh cottage cheese---1 1/2 cup(paneer)
3.Sugar---7-8 tbsp
4.Cardomoms --2(skinned and pounded)
5.Nuts--1 tbsp(chopped)
Method-
1.Hang the curd into muslin cloth or put it into a fine-mesh strainer for 2 hours or till all the whey has dripped out.
2.Put the drained curds into a blender with paneer and sugar.
3.Blend smooth and pour into a greased shallow pan.
4.Sprinkle over the cardmom and nuts.
5.Keep it on the gas with a medium flame for some 6-7 minutes and stir after each two minutes.
6.Stand for 3-4 minutes .Cool and cut into squares.
