KHEER

Ingridients:-
1.Milk--7 cups((full cream)
2.Rice-1/2 cup (picked ,washed and soaked)
3.Green cardmoms--4-5
4.Almonds---20(blanched)
5.Raisins--a handfull
6.Sugar--5-6 tbsp
Method:-
1.Bring the milk ,cardmoms and rice to boil on fire.
2.Simmer the flame and add sugar ,almonds,raisins,and continue to cook till it becomes a bit thick.
3.Allow it to cool ,and then refrigerate it.
READY TO EAT.
In summers serve chilled and in winters serve hot.
