TRIFFLE PUDDING



INGRIDIENTS:-
1.Milk--------- 3 bowls
2.Custard powder- 1 1/2 tbsp
3.Sugar---------- 2 ybsp
4.Sponge cake---- 1 small
5.Strawberry jelly-1 packet
6.Chopped mixed seasonal fruit
METHOD-
1.Prepare jelly as per instructions on the pack and set in refrigerator in a clean bowl
2.To custard powder add little cold milk and make a smooth paste.
3.Heat rest of the milk in a thick bottamed pan.
4.When the milk comes to boil,add custard paste to the milk stirring constantly.
5.Cook till it thickens to coat a spoon.
6.Add sugar,stir and remove from heat.Keep it to cool.
7.Cut the sponge cake into small pieces and place them in the bottam of a flat surface bowl
8.Chop the set jelly and pour on top of fruit.Keep a few pieces of jelly aside for garnishing.
9.Pour custard on the top.
10.Garnish with fruit and jelly pieces.
