BHUTTE -MIRCH WAALE CHAWAL


A monsoon treat, when the corn is fresh,and the capsicum firm and appetising,this is an unusual blend of flavours.
Ingridients:-
1.Corn---2 ears(dehusked and washed)
2.Rice --2 cups (picked ,washed and soaked)
3.Oil-----3 tbsp
4.Black Cardomom--1
5.Cumin seeds --1 tsp
6.Onions----3 (sliced)
7.Ginger-garlic paste--1 1/2 tsp.
8.Capsicum--2(ribbed and sliced)
9.Salt----to taste
10.Green chhillies --to taste
Method:
1.Boil the corn in a pressure coocker the time depend on the quality of the corns.
2.Remove the kernels from the ears(daane).
3.In a heavy bottemed pan heat oil,add cumin and cardomom .
4.After a minute add onions and ginger garlic paste and stir it for 4 minutes.
5.Add capsicum ,salt,chillies and corn kernels to the pan.
6.Add 4 cups of water and add rice in it.Cook covered for 5 minutes on a high flame .
7.Simmer the flame of gas and then cook it for 5 more minutes. 8.Stand for 5 minutes,then garnish it with the sliced capsicum and chopped coriander leaves.
READY TO EAT.
