POTATO-PANEER CUTLET



Ingredients:


 Boiled potatoes--- 500 gms
 Paneer, grated---200 gms
 Sendha Namak--- as per taste
 Red chilli powder---1/2 tsp.
 Garam masala powder---1/2 tsp.
 vrat chawal flour---2 tbsp.
 Oil--- for frying


Method:-


1. Peel boiled potatoes and mash finely.
2. Add grated paneer, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder and rice flour to it and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into your desired shape.
4. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown and crisp.
5. Serve hot.
