Ingridients:-
1. Pineapple-- 1 cup chopped
2. Tender water-- 1 Cup
3.Gratings of the coconut--optional
4.Sugar-- to taste
5.Sprig of mint leaves to
6.Vanilla ice-cream-1 scoop
Method.:-
1.Blend the tender water and the pineapple.
2. Add sugar to the blended cocktail,add 1 1/2 or acc to ur taste.
3. Pour the drink on a goblet and serve with a scoop of vinalla icecream and mint leaves.
You can also add ginger to the tender water and pineapple + ice cubes (2-3) and blender it and then serve with mint leaves.
