MUSSHROOM MUTTER
Ingredients
1.Boiled green peas--1 cup
2.Fresh mushrooms-- 200 GMS
3.Onion--1 chopped
4.Tomato-- 1chopped
5.Garam masala --1/2 tsp.
6.Fresh curds--1 cup
7.Oil--4 tbsp
8.Salt according to taste
9.Ginger-garlic paste
10.Garlic clove--1/2 tsp. ginger
11.Cashewnut paste--2 tbsp.
12.Poppy seeds--2 tsp.
13Cashewnuts--optional
Mehod
1.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden.
2.Add the ginger-garlic paste and tomato and cook until soft.
3.Add the garam masala, cashewnut paste and salt, sprinkle a little water and cook until the fat leaves the sides.
4.Add the peas, mushrooms ,curd, salt, spices and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve hot
